What kind of training are you offering?
Describe its main essence.
Ex: “Acroyoga TTC”, "Introduction to Pranayama", "Advance course", "Healing techniques"...
Welcome to this tutorial on how to share your bookings! Remember: You can always edit the information later.
Let's begin by creating a unique title. Try to use the most important keywords at the beginning.
Ex: "Trimurti Ayurveda & Yoga TTC 300h"
"Casa Yoga Acroyoga Immersion"
"Shanti Ayurvedic Massage Workshop"
"Daily Yoga Classes in the Garden"
Add the keywords that best describe the practice and knowledge you share.
While writing suggestions may appear. We recommend you to select those (if they apply) so you will be more easily found by seekers.
Ex: "Hatha", "Vinyasa", "Meditation", "Reiki", "Thai Massage"...
You can select 1 or more options if applicable.
Add the keywords (MAXIMUM 6 ITEMS with 1 to 3 WORDS each) that participants normally use to find you.
What are the most important keywords that represent you?
Ex: "Traditional", "Women only", "Multi-style", "Beach", "Luxury", "Teaching Practise", "Vegan food"...
Sum up in 1-2 lines what is the key benefits & experience that your guests will get.
Ex: “ Rediscover what Yoga means for you and how you want to individually practice it. Join this unique open-lab community and experience different styles, teachers and methodologies."

Here you have the opportunity to describe in more detail all the subjects, practices and activities included in your training.

Type in keywords to find related TYR articles that can encourage participants to join your offering.
Ex: If your training is in Goa, just type "Goa" and select articles like "Top 10 reasons to choose a training in Goa".
Or if it includes "Ayurdeva" select articles like "Health Benefits of Ayurveda".
Search and select the TYR Profiles of the Teachers / Facilitators / Organizations that will participate in your Training.
If they do not have a TYR profile yet? Click on "Add New". You will only need their email to confirm with them they are part of your training.
You can also add a short description on why they are special.
Search and select the TYR Profiles of the Venue that will host your Training.
If you don’t see the profile? Click on "Add New". You will only need their email to confirm with them.
If you wish, you can also add a short description about why this venue is special.

Help your participants by explaining the easiest & most economical options for getting to your training.
Give details, timetables, and prices of the public and private transportation available.

Visa issues are a real headache and will even discourage some participants from attending.
Please make sure to provide detailed instructions on what participants need to do to prepare for their trip, including vaccinations and other recommendations.

Make sure your participants are aware of any particularities of the local culture to promote a better coexistence for all parties.
You can even add a few keywords in the native language to help them to connect with locals.
Ex:
- Cover your arms and legs when entering in a religious building.
- Giving a handshake with the left hand is considered rude.
- Do not take photographs of people praying.
- Experience substituting "Hello" for "Hola!" and "How are you?" for "Como estás?"
Videos are the most effective way to connect with your participants and transmit your true essence!!
Copy here the YouTube or Facebook links of your best videos.
For the first link, we strongly recomend you to choose a video in vertical mode talking to the camera. Seekers connect and trust when you sincerely talk to them eye to eye.
Just record yourself with a phone in vertical mode and upload it to facebook or youtube to get a link to paste here!
If you don’t have any videos yet, click "Join the Revolution" on the top menu bar and connect with the "TYR Films" team.
What are the key characteristics of those participants who attend your trainings?
Ex: “Anyone really interested in philosophy, eager to discuss different points of view.”

Click on "Edit Application Form" to ask participants questions when they request a booking (You can mark the questions required or not).
Select Training Languages
Add the start time / end time and the description with a short title of the activity. Then click on "Add" to add this new row to your schedule.
Ex: 7:00 / 7:30 / Pranayama practice.
You can also add a single picture of the whole program clicking on "Upload Program Picture" .
The first rule will show automatically. It corresponds with the Cancellation Policy (Strict or Flexible) you selected in the "Packages" section.
Please add any other important information the participant should know.
Ex:
- Intoxicating substances like alcohol, tobacco and drugs are not allowed
- Lights out at 22:00
- 90% Attendance in classes is mandatory to receive your certificate.

Select “Fix” if the dates of your training(s) are set.
- After clicking “Confirming date” the duration gets fixed. (If you wish to change it just delete all dates & create a fresh one.)
- You can keep selecting dates & clicking on "Confirm Date" to keep adding new dates for the same training.

Select “Ongoing” if you offer regular classes over a period of time and students can choose when to join.
- Select the period of time when your trainings are available.
- Click on “Personalize Availability” to manually deselect the days you are not available on the calendar.
- Enabled/disable “I am fully booked” to stop/restart receiving booking requests.
If dates are “Fix”, duration will also be fixed.
- Just add the “Base Price” (the lowest price option you offer in any other platform). Ex: The price of your cheapest option with a shared room, or without providing food / accommodation.

If you offer "Ongoing" dates, you can add up to 3 duration options, and to select which days of the week participants can join.
- Remember to write the lowest price avaialable!
Ex: You offer a 1 week training and participants can join the whole program for $380 or just a single day for $40. Then write: $380 / 7 days". Select M (Monday) as day to start. Click on "Add new", write: "$40 / 1 day" & select all days from Monday to Sunday.
Select “Provided” if you offer accommodation & edit the details in the pop-up.
- Click on "Add New" to add more than 1 accommodation.
- If you offer the same room to be booked either private or shared, create 2 options (Ex: "Private Room" & "Shared Room") and adjust the extra charge.
If you want to offer BOTH accommodation AND non-accommodation options, just select "Provided". Then edit all your accommodation options with “Extra charge” -->The non-accommodation option will be created automatically and correspond to the Base Price.
Select “Provided” if you offer accommodation & edit the details in the pop-up.
- Click on "Add New" to add more than 1 accommodation.
- If you offer the same room to be booked either private or shared, create 2 options (Ex: "Private Room" & "Shared Room") and adjust the extra charge.
If you want to offer BOTH accommodation AND non-accommodation options, just select "Provided". Then edit all your accommodation options with “Extra charge” -->The non-accommodation option will be created automatically and correspond to the Base Price.

- 100% deposit refunded for cancellation 30+ days before the event.
- 0% deposit refunded for cancellation 30 days before the event.
- The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due upon arrival.

- All deposits are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. This payment will be direct to the Organizer
- The remaining balance is non-refundable once paid.
ALL DISCOUNTS are calculated from the Base Price. Ex: “Your Base Price is $1,000 and you add a 10% early bird discount. Then, if the participant books before the deadline, she/he would pay $900.”
- Create your own discounts. Ex: A 30% discount for locals with the description: "If you are a local, we are offering a special 30% discount.
- Easily stop any discount option by un-ticking its box.
- Click “Complete” & check the different options generated. (These package generator boxes are always editable at Your profile > My Creations)

Keep it short and descriptive.
Ex: "Single Room A/C", "Spot in Double Room", "Entire Double Room with balcony", "Luxury Single Bungalow Beach view"...
Select "Private" if this room will be occupied by only 1 participant.
Switch to "Shared" if more participants will share the room & specify how many would the room hosts in total. Ex: 2, 3, 4...
Select "Included" if this option is already part of the Base Price set on the previous step.
It not, select "Extra charge" and specify the extra charge in dollars ($). This amount will be added to the Base Price if the participant choose this accommodation.
By default, you will see all the dates you marked available on the first box , "Dates".
If this accommodation option is not available or fully booked on some particular days, simply unselect those days in the calendar.
Pictures make a big difference!!
Remember to upload quality pictures with good light that shows all the space.
Here you can describe this accommodation option in more detail.
Ex: "Beach front bungalow with attached bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, king-size bed and spacious wardrobe."
"Comfortable bedroom in the 2nd floor, with sea view and surrounded by nature. The room has 2 single beds, 1 table with 2 chairs, minibar. The bathroom attached has bathtub. Towels are not provided."
Keep it short and descriptive.
Ex: "Only Breakfast", "3 Vegan Meals", "Brunch + Dinner"...
Select "Included" if this option is already included in the Base Price set on the previous step.
It not, select "Extra charge" and specify what would be the extra charge in dollars ($). This amount will be added to the Base Price if the participant choose this Food Option.

An image is worth a thousand words.
Select photos that the color, variety and freshness of your food.
If you have them, include pictures of the organic garden or local market where it comes from.
Get creative explaining the food you offer.
Ex: "Three delicious, wholesome, organic meals. Fresh, creative, vibrant and served with love. We use herbs and vegetables right from our garden."
“Delicious vegetarian meals cooked daily by our head chef Valentina Rizzo. Most of the ingredients are fresh from our gardens like the lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, herbs… The menu is diverse and meals are complete to support you through the training”
