    Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Diva Yoga. Registration with Diva Yoga meets an identified standard set by the organization.

    This Nidra yoga teacher training is about learning the art of self-relaxation and balancing body and mind. You will have a class every morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Nidra yoga style is an ancient Tantra technique which got revoke by Swami Satyananda Sarswati. Nidra yoga is a form of science and it's becoming popular day by day for its remarkable results in mental relaxation, healthy sleep, healing emotions, and healthy transformation.

    Nidra yoga is also a powerful tool that allows going to the innermost core of consciousness, where one can remove deep-rooted, self-destructive belief systems, and reactive patterns. This powerful tool has the power to initiate healing from within which is much more effective than any medicine. For this reason, more and more studies are being done to prove the science behind this ancient yogic meditative technique.

    During this training, rather than just following a formula, you will know the purpose of each part. This knowledge will make of Nidra yoga a transformative tool by giving you many options in its application. Since yoga Nidra is the art of relaxation with awareness, you will learn techniques which will allow you to reach new states of conscious awareness with a profound understanding of both your physical and psychological body.

    As you practice these techniques you will feel the flow of prana move through physical, emotional, and energetic blockages. The end result is the healing of the body and mind and the expansion of consciousness. During this program, you will both experience Nidra yoga and learn how to teach it to others. Upon completion, you will be prepared to offer this service to the community.

    What is Nidra yoga

    Nidra yoga is a yogic method of conscious sleep. It is with awareness noticing body and mind and bringing harmony to it. It has a simple structured technique to relax body and mind. One can use yoga Nidra for going deep into awareness also. It is also used in the corporate world for quick rejuvenation of energy.
