    This Yoga Alliance-certified course is open to anyone interested in using yoga as a tool to uncover deep truth, well-being, and healing. Taking a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School promotes the transformation of mind, body, and soul.

    ​Teaching in the traditional yogic methodology, we view yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and an art. Our course combines modern yoga practices with the colorful histories, traditions, and philosophies of the past.

These elements are woven into practical and scientific courses on anatomy, sequencing, and breath — all in an inclusive and accepting atmosphere.

    True yogic living teaches us to expand our consciousness and live a higher vibrational experience filled with beauty, presence, grace, and bliss. Abstaining from alcohol and coffee and eating a whole, vegetarian diet are just a few yogic practices we encourage students to follow during their online training. These small shifts can ignite enormous transformations in your home life that provide balance, peace, and wisdom on and off the mat.

    Upon completion of the course, students will receive certification and a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificate through Full Circle Yoga School a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

    COMPLETE IN REAL TIME WITH US OR GRADUATE BY JUNE 30TH BY COMPLETING 15 OR MORE HOURS PER WEEK

    SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:

    • 7:00-8:30am Daily Morning Yoga Practice, Hatha/Vinyasa Infused with Restorative/Yin, Adjustments, Oils
    • 8:30-9:30am Breakfast
    • 9:30-11:30am Homework Review, Chakra discussion, 8 limbs discussion
    • 11:30- 2:00pm Asana Labs
    • 2:00-3:00pm Enjoy your Delicious Healthy Lunch
    • 3:00-3:30pm Pranayama, Meditation
    • 3:30-5:00pm Workshops
       

    There will be some self study, reading, practice teaching additional requirements required to be completed in your own time.
