Through this Privacy Policy, the user is informed in a clear, precise and concise manner. If the user accepts it, they will give us their consent in a free, informed, specific and unequivocal way for TRUE YOGA REVOLUTION to process their data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons, through the processing of your data and its free movement (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) (current European and national legislation on the protection of data )

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS FROM THE USER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

 

  • Through the Contact form

On our website, you will find the option to contact us to clarify any doubts you may have regarding our platform or any other relevant matter. We will contact you via email or by phone, according to your personal preference.

 

  • Through the User Registry in the client area

On our website, you will find an option in the Login section that allows you to register by providing an email and a password. Once you have created a user account on TYR you will be able to access and view your profile, check your ads and/or bookings and modify/add complementary/additional information.

      • Role in the platform: “Organizer”, Seeker” or “teacher”

  • Payment method when making a booking
      • Organizers: we require the data used by "Transferwise" to make the payment. TYR does not save or manage that data, "Transferwise" does.
      • Booking Participants: they are asked for credit/debit card information. TYR does not save or manage that data. This is managed by "Stripe".

 

  • Through email

Through our email:  [email protected] you can contact us to request any information related to our services.

 

  • Through comments on the blog 

We will also retrieve user data through comments on our blog articles. A user account will be required in order to post on them.

 

  • Through registration to our newsletter/blog

We will also retrieve data from users who subscribe to our newsletter/blog in order to send information and news. For this, we will simply need a name and an email.

 

  • Invite a new user

From the TYR Platform, users will be allowed to recommend their use to new users. Besides, the Organizer can invite any partner/collaborator/ worker who is related to the experience offered by said Organizer.

 

If the user provides us with third party data, the user will assume the responsibility of having previously informed and obtained permission from said third party, as per article 14 of the GDPR.

 

 

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER?

 

TYR processes personal data for the purposes set out below and based on the reasons for which they were provided:

 

    1. Provide contracted products/services, maintain the contractual relationship between the parties and monitor such relationship.
    2. Contac, process, manage and respond to requests, incidents or queries from the user (either via email, online form or telephone
    3. Manage the user's booking process and any queries associated with the services offered by the website/company
    4. Manage, where appropriate, the sending of commercial communications related to products and services marketed by TYR, either by e-mail or by post
    5. Create, where appropriate, a user profile in order for TYR to offer products and services connected to your interests. 
    6. Assess and manage, where appropriate, the curriculum vitae provided by the user for the purpose of including it in selection processes that match their professional profile, and carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of staff.

 

 

 

 

4. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE USER'S DATA PROCESSING?

 

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the purposes outlined in sections a), b) and c) is providing the corresponding service by TYR, and it is necessary an imperative duty.

 

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes d) e) and f) is the consent granted by the user freely and explicitly.

 

5. HOW LONG WILL THE USER'S DATA BE TREATED?

 

  • The data required to manage the relationship with the user, as well as for billing and payment for the services, will be kept for the duration of the contract. Once the said relationship is terminated, where appropriate, the data may be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation and until the prescription of any outstanding responsibilities arising from the contract.

 

  • The data required to manage enquiries and requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them, and, at any rate, only while the interested party does not communicate the withdrawal of their consent to be sent information related to their query.

 

  • The data required to send commercial communications and to create commercial profiles of our products or services will be kept for as long as the user does not withdraw their consent.

 

  • Candidates' resumé data submitted to selection processes will be kept for two years.

 

6. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER'S DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

 

As a general rule, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or the transferral is necessary to carry out the service. In this light:

 

  • User's data could be shared with financial companies in charge of invoicing and payment

 

  • User´s date could also be shared with the relevant Public Administrations in the cases stipulated/prescribed by Spanish Law.

 

  • Where appropriate, user’s data will also be notified to the TYR Treatment Managers in order to ensure the correct delivery of the service.  

 

7. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE USER?

 

Any user who provides their data to TYR may exercise the following rights:

 

  • Access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, and limitation of processing, as well as rejecting the automated processing of personal data collected by TYR.

 

  • Any user will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

 

These rights may be exercised free of charge by the user by referring to consent must be withdrawn in writing to our registered office or by e-mail. This information is provided in section 1 of this document.

 

Should TYR consider that their rights have been violated, the company retains the right to file a claim with the relevant Control Authority. The competent authority in Spain is the Spanish Agency for Data Protection ( www.aepd.es ).

 

8. HOW ARE COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS REVOCATED?

 

The user has the right to withdraw their consent to receive commercial communications at any time. The user must notify TYR that they do not wish to continue receiving commercial communications. To do this, the user may withdraw their consent by [referring to his request through the contact information contained in section 1]/amending their preferences in the contact information page outlined in section 1.

 

9. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED?

 

TYR undertakes to process data in a manner that ensures the confidentiality and security of personal data, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. 

 

10. SOCIAL NETWORKS POLICY

 

TYR has a corporate profile on social networks ( Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).

 

Therefore, TYR is “Responsible for the processing of your data”. This means that if you decide to join our corporate profile as a follower or by giving a “Like” to our content or profile, you accept this policy, where we explain your rights and how we use your data. 

 

As the company responsible for the processing of your data, we guarantee the confidentiality of the processing and the compliance with/respect to your rights, always under the effects of the current data protection regulations.

 

On the other hand, we inform you that we will use these social networks to post news or relevant information related to the services we offeror to topics that we consider to be of interest. Using the functionality of these platforms, you may receive news with this type of information on your wall or your profile. 

 

However, we also inform you that there is no link between TYR and such platforms or social networks, so you will accept their terms and conditions when you access them and/or accept their notices and terms and conditions. TYR is not responsible for the use or processing of your data carried out beyond the strict relationship and delivery of services indicated in this policy.

 

11. MODIFICATIONS to THE PRIVACY POLICY

 

TYR may modify its Privacy Policy under the applicable legislation at any time. Any modification to the Privacy Policy will be duly notified to the user so that they are informed of the changes made in the processing of their personal data and grant their consent should this be required by the applicable regulations.
