You can select the percentage of the deposit for your offering you want between 14% and 30%. The deposit payment minus TYR Commission will be payable in your account.
At True Yoga Revolution, we want to have simple and easy cancellation policies. For this reason, at the moment we only offer two different options.
100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before the event.
0% deposit refund for cancellation 30 days before the event.
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due upon arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable.

This is very easy! You only have to click on “Co-Create” button on the upper menu. Then select the result that you want to create and complete the steps listed on the form..
1. Click on the photo of the user at the top right of the menu
2. Click on “My Creation” tab
3. Search the options to find the one you want and click on it to access the “actions buttons”:
Then, click on the edit pencil icon if you want to edit the result or click on “enable/disable” to show or hide your result
You can also click on “delete” to remove the result (Be careful because you will not able to restore this once it is removed)
1. When a user requests a booking, you will receive a message in TYR Messenger and and email will be sent to My Profile > My Account.
2. To accept this reservation just click on “accept”. If the user has already add their payment information, the booking will be immediately confirmed.
If the user has not added their payment information, you will have to wait until they do (no more than 48 hours). When the deposit payment has processed, you will receive a new message.

3. Select your Result and switch to “Bookings” to see the details of all bookings received to that result.

3. Search the specific booking and click on “Help” icon at the right in order to report the issue & receive support.
If you are based on Spain we must charge you a VAT 21% . You can subtract this from the total amount of VAT you have to pay, in this way you do not pay the VAT yourself.
If you are based on EU we have to charge 21% VAT. But if you have a valid EU tax ID we can reverse charge the tax. More info on this link.
